INOSOLVE Staffing stands for personnel placement and personnel leasing with a focus on Lifescience & Healthcare. INOSOLVE Staffing was founded in Austria back in 2004 and has also been represented in Germany by INOSOLVE Consulting GmbH since 2019. The origin of the company lies in personnel leasing for the life science sector. For many years, INOSOLVE Staffing has been successfully active in personnel leasing for interim management positions as well as in the field of deviation and CAPA management.

This area of activity was successively expanded to include qualification and validation in the life science sector and there in personnel leasing.

Since 2023, the healthcare sector has now also been included in our service portfolio. On the one hand, we specialize in the placement of foreign personnel in the fields of nursing and medical technology. On the other hand, we provide specialized people with professional experience for short-term resource shortages, especially in the nursing sector, by means of personnel leasing. Our partner in this area is the company Medimovers. Its founder, Stephan Judick, has decades of experience in nursing and hospital management and is a key supporter here in the pre-qualification of applicants.
